Thank you very much for the excellent cases, the only point is that in the discussion of case 2, slide 10 which is a metastatic prostate cancer to the dura, it is mentioned that “Dural metastases are exceedingly rare”, however according to literature breast and prostate cancers are the most frequent primary tumors associated with intradural metastasis (1).
