This soft cover 224-page book consists of 100 MSK quiz cases which are presented on the right hand page as images and a brief history. The following page labels the images, describes the findings, indicates the diagnosis (and, when appropriate, a differential diagnosis), states some salient points about the case, and mentions “pearls” and “pitfalls”. There are a few spine cases which apply directly to neuroradiology including spine fractures, AS, metabolic disorders, and RA.

While providing a good exercise in interpreting general MSK cases, and as such can be recommended to a Departmental library for residents’ use, the book has no significant applicability to neuroradiology.
