We often see asymmetric disks, bulge or protrusion, where the side of radiculopathy is opposite the side of maximum disk protrusion in the spinal canal. Have others noticed this as well?
Hi, I also often use the disc osteophyte/complex to describe endplate changes. I find it easy and as previously said, if the surgeons and radiologists understand the same language it makes sense to use this wording.
