Fellows’ Journal Club Delayed leukoencephalopathy is a rare complication that occurs after endovascular coiling of cerebral aneurysms and is found in the literature with several different names, such as delayed leukoencephalopathy, delayed enhancing lesions, and delayed multiple white matter lesions.
